Project Manager

Overview

RISE PARTNERS INC. is a global consulting firm with offices in Canada, Korea, and Singapore. We provide comprehensive business solutions for companies expanding into the North American market, including entity establishment, operational support, government liaison, accounting and tax services, and IT infrastructure setup.

This position is part of our in-house IT division, Littlerise, the digital organization within RISE PARTNERS. Littlerise delivers integrated solutions across web/app development, branding, design, and strategic consulting. We lead a wide range of industry projects from planning to launch, building digital products that balance usability, quality, and scalability.

Responsibilities

This role leads both internal services and external client projects, serving as a key project manager who acts as a central hub between designers, developers, and clients.

  • Plan and manage project schedules, resource allocation, and progress tracking for both internal and external initiatives
  • Communicate with clients to clarify requirements and define project goals
  • Create and maintain essential documentation such as service plans, feature specifications, and screen flow diagrams
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to prioritize and coordinate feature implementation
  • Manage internal service operations and organize improvement requests
  • Identify potential project risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans
  • Facilitate team communication, build a collaborative culture, and drive timely product launches

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Service Design, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management for digital services (web/app)
  • Understanding of the full project lifecycle in environments where planning, design, and development are closely integrated
  • Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating with clients
  • Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Figma, Jira, Asana
  • Strong written communication skills for creating clear and persuasive documents such as proposals, plans, and operational reports

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced startup or agency environments
  • Fluent communication skills in both Korean and English

Working Conditions

  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Work site: Office-based
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
  • Salary: To be discussed upon interview
