Team | Position
Growth & Innovation TeamSales · Partnership: Full-time, Intermediate-Level
- Lead B2B sales and strategic partnerships to support foreign companies in establishing and expanding their business in Canada
- Manage corporate client relationships and execute outbound sales initiatives
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with global and local businesses
- Discover high-potential startups focused on growth and innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher (any major)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or related fields
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English, with strong communication skills
- Excellent writing skills in both Korean and English for professional documentation
- Strong global research and market analysis capabilities
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively on cross-functional projects
Preferred Assets
- Background in B2B consulting, trade, startups, or investment-related industries
- Practical experience in international business, including establishing overseas subsidiaries and negotiating partnership contracts
Working Conditions
- Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (including 1-hour lunch break)
- Weekends and public holidays off
- Salary and compensation to be discussed with shortlisted candidates based on internal company policies
